About Hannah
I am an ADHD nutritionist
I help people with ADHD build a relationship with food that works with their brain, not against it, moving you from feeling stuck and overwhelmed, to feeling confident and empowered.
I hold an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and am a qualified coach. My work is all about translating complex nutrition science into something that’s simple to understand and actually makes sense in real life. For so many of my clients, it’s not a lack of trying or motivation; they have plenty of both. It’s something quieter, something underneath, that’s easy to miss until someone takes the time to dig deeper and look for it. That’s the work we do together.
Working in ADHD nutrition is both a professional and personal passion of mine. So much of the advice out there for ADHD assumes the problem is a lack of knowledge or willpower. But I know firsthand it’s not. I don’t believe in more rules, quick fixes, or restrictions. My approach is grounded in understanding your brain, finding out what’s really getting in the way and finding compassionate ways to support you in the long term.
I’m also AuDHD myself and spent a lot of my life at war with food and my body. This is what has made me so passionate about this work. I understand first-hand how much your brain shapes your relationship with food and your body, and how much relief there is in finally understanding why.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I would love to help you make sense of your brain and feel empowered around food.In a world increasingly shaped by social media, where narratives about food, body image and exercise are constant and often overwhelming, the impact on mental health can often be overlooked. My work centres on reconnecting these conversations, supporting psychological wellbeing and nutritional health together, rather than in isolation.
